I interrupt this regularly scheduled blog for a fun, exciting announcement...
Yep... my Grandpa is getting married! The way God brought this about is wonderful and we're thanking Him for his hand at work. Congratulations to Grandpa and Jan.... we're so very excited for you and with you!
For those of you who know the Ortmann family, Jan was married to Walt Ortmann and the two of them had seven children, two of them are Stephen and Stuart who have had pastoral roles at Cornerstone over the years. We've been connected with this family in many ways my whole life. In fact Grandpa and Jan have actually known each other for about 60 years. Jan remarried after Walt died in the 80's... and that's where the Stauffer name comes from. Ray (aka Santa) passed away suddenly almost three years ago. Now you have a little more of the story.
