Derek got a load of firewood on his way home from work one night.
(His brother, Tyler, had a tree taken down)
Cooper got to help unload it... hard work is fun.
Fun, probably because he got to carry all the small pieces.
Growing up, my siblings and I loaded and unloaded a lot of firewood.
It's good for building a nice warm fire...and for building character. :)
Miles contentedly watched the work going on from the window.
Who am I kidding? He spent the whole time trying to get out there and help!
