Cooper was excited to help me with our annual "Making of the Christmas Cookies"!
He helped in his usual way...
Actually, he's learning and getting pretty good at this whole process.
And I think he might have an inner 'foodie'.
I heard him talking to the cookies as they cooled.
Once they were cooled, the boys put on their aprons to start decorating.
Miles was still wearing his when Derek got home.
Derek thought he looked more like a butcher than a baker.
And... here we go!
It takes concentration.
And maybe some taste testing judging by the smudge of green on his lips!
It also take sprinkles... lots of sprinkles!
He decorated this one and immediately asked to eat it... why not? It's Christmas!
He was impressed with his work.
He managed about three and then he left me to finish up.
Although he did come back to point out his favorites pretty often.
I enjoy getting a "Great job, MOM!" from my three year old. He makes me smile.
Miles did get in on it a little, but I only have so many hands... :)
