Thanksmas in Iowa

We went to Iowa for a weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with the Mleyneks.  "Thanksmas".  Derek's parents went up a day before we did, so they stopped by and took our boys with them.  Derek and I went to our first movie in two years while they were gone.  And the then joined all of them the next day.
(My boys smiled and waved, they loved leaving me.)

Video games with Uncles is always fun.
I was in bed, but the story goes: Cooper was getting sleepy but denying it.  When he yawned, Uncle Trey said, "You are tired." to which Cooper replied, "No, that was just a morning yawn."

iPod with Aunt Mikiah:

Along with being stuffed with lots of yummy food...

We spent time hanging out with family.

Cooper got to open a gift from G'ma Debbie and gang...
A race track!

Grandpa Don got all the men battery operated salt & pepper grinders:

How many Mleynek men does it take to figure
how to load them with batteries, salt & pepper?

Miles woke up from his nap and Grandma thought he needed a cookie, Miles agreed.

And Grandma Debbie had a gift for him too:

Then it was time for wrestling with Grandpa.

We had a nice weekend, thanks Grandma & Grandpa!
