It's a Party

On Saturday we went over to Uncle Bruce & Aunt Brenda's
to celebrate Derek's Uncle Art's 50th Birthday!

Debbie drove up for the day so the boys had fun playing with Grandma.


Mikiah (and Bella) and her friend, Briana, came along too.  They had fun themselves.

And as always, Ryan helped entertain my boys.

We spent a lot of time outside, the weather was beautiful.

Ryan pitched to Cooper for a while and then Uncle Art and Ryan played a little.

Then it was time to make some homemade ice cream.

We Skyped with Brent & Amy and girls,
and had Grandma Jan & Grandpa Gordie on the phone!

So they all got in on singing Happy Birthday!

Uncle Art was teaching Cooper about the ways of proper frosting sampling.

Cooper was a willing participant.

He snuck enough to make his tongue blue!

We had a good day, Happy Birthday, Uncle Art!
