Crazy for Coffee

In the midst of the CRAZY busyness that is life right now,

Derek and I went on a little date a while back.  For iced coffee.  A highlight of my life.

 We dropped the boys off with Aunt Brenda (Thanks!) for a while and went

and walked around the mall while sipping mochas.  It was great.

And Derek has now promised to take me out for sushi... in exchange for me mowing the lawn!  He had to go out of town for work last week and didn't have time to mow before he left.  I was afraid to let Cooper play in the backyard for fear of losing track of him in the jungle that was our grass...  so I mowed the lawn, something I haven't done in about fifteen years.  We do have three more trips still this summer, but believe me, I'm going to get a sushi dinner out of him once we have time.  I may even mow the lawn once more just to secure my sushi date night happens. :)  And to help out my husband who has been working so hard, of course.
