We had some spring like weather this week!
I know it's not really spring... but we took advantage of it.
It hit 72º on this particular day.
I loaded the boys up in the double jogger we purchased
(thank you, craigslist) about the time the weather turned cold.
Riding in the stroller put Miles to sleep.
We walked all the way to the park. (about a mile from home.)
When we got back home it didn't take long until I found Cooper like this.
But Daddy was working late that night so after dinner I let Coop take some money
from his piggy bank and buy an ice cream cone at McDonald's.
(He calls it "Old McDonald's Farm")
Then he ran off the energy built up from his nap playing in the Play Place.
Except for Derek working late part it was a great day.
And by the way... BRING ON SPRING!
We're ready for more days like this.
SO with you on that!! 72 degrees? Must be heaven! We had a 60 degree day this week, and that was wonderful. Especially since we were in Chicago, which can be an awfully cold place in February. We northerners take off our coats when it hits 45!

ReplyDeleteoh my word, Miles' sunglasses...TOO MUCH!!! SO CUTE! Love that Cooper initiates his own naps when he's tired. Just faceplants on the couch and snoozes. Love it.
