Saturday we all headed out to the pond for a little fishing.
It was Cooper's first fishing trip and he was excited and curious about it all.
"What's that Grandpa has?"
Worms! Cooper loves worms.
(In fact he has imaginary worms he often carries around and takes care of!)
After getting a worm on his hook, Daddy helped him figure out what to do:
And Cooper pulled his first fish in right away!!
He was brave and touched it:
And even wanted to throw it back himself. As you might notice it was a bit small for keeping.
Cooper caught three or four before we were done. He was very proud of himself!
Everyone had their own method... but anyone trying caught a fish before we left.
Cooper really enjoyed his first fishing trip!
We went for ice cream afterwords which was the perfect way to finish the afternoon!
