Count It

Does it count as staying in his own bed "all night" if he gets in
our bed and goes back to sleep when we get up?

Cooper has started a bad habit of coming into our bed during the night.
I usually take him back to his own bed, but sometimes I don't even know he's there until
I wake up (sneaky kid) or I'm too tired to get up and take him back.

I'm going to count it a success anytime I sleep well without a little body
sideways in between Derek and I kicking off all the covers...

  1. He looks very comfy....too bad you haven't been though! I think it most definitely counts when he doesn't switch beds until you are up! :)

  2. Derek had a habit of this too. I remember it was crowded in our double bed, but I don't regret it at all! It might get a little crowded with the new baby, though!

  3. I agree with Debbie. We've had kids in and out of our beds for almost 15 years now. Trust me when they are older they WON'T ask...so if you (and Derek) don't mind it too much, then relax and enjoy it! Toddler snuggles are some of the best in the world!
