Monday and Tuesday Derek worked from home. He's been working on a project that has taken up a lot of his time. He worked all weekend on it and has worked in the basement until midnight some nights. With Derek in the basement for two work days, I spent a lot of my time trying to keep Cooper out of the basement! He likes to go say, "Hi" to Daddy way too much.
The first thing Cooper said when he woke up this morning was that he was going to go find Daddy. I told him Daddy had gone Bye Bye to work today... he cried and checked the basement anyway!
Awww, poor Coop. It's tough to adjust to daddy being gone when he's been in the basement for a few days :)

ReplyDeletei know the feeling of daddy working all the time. midnight sounds like a wonderful time to be done. sometimes shawn's not home til 4am.
