Boots in Use

Cooper finally got to use his hand me down boots for their intended purpose!

We still had a little snow on the ground yesterday so Derek and Cooper went out to play.

Getting ready:

"Wow... what is this stuff?"

Daddy put him on his sled:

And sent him down a small hill in our yard:

I gave it a try with him too :)

Cooper liked sledding but also enjoyed running around in the snow:

And making snowballs:

He did some more sledding in the backyard:

He jumped off his sled:

Then carried it up the "hill" by himself:

Then Cooper helped Daddy build a snowman:

He tried to eat the snowman's nose:

But they got the job done!

I went in the house to start the hot chocolate and looked

back out to see the snowman going for a sled ride:

Sledding, building snowmen, having snowball fights and then

drinking hot chocolate make a great Saturday morning!
