Derek gave up doing his hobby(bow hunting) this morning to come watch me do mine(running)!
I ran in the Nike Human Race 10K
It was a fun and FREE global event for runners that use the Nike+ system.

I'm excited to have completed my first 10K (6.2miles) race. Six months ago I would never have thought I could do it.
It's empowering! :)
I'd like to work on my speed a little but will probably quit running for the winter now.
Or maybe just get out every once in a while if we have a nice day.

I think it is so cool that you have that as a "hobby", and Derek is willing to share it with you instead of doing his own thing this morning! You look great, and Cooper is as cute as ever! :)
