Last night we went to Sonic for FREE root beer floats!
Cooper waited patiently. We didn't know what to expect since we'd heard stories...
but we only had to wait about 15 minutes.
Three root beer floats please!

It was mostly gone by this point... but he thought the cup was fun!
We got those yesterday too! We picked up our nieces from the airport & stopped @ Sonic for supper. Some guys approached the girls & asked them if they wanted a root beer float & they thought they were flirting w/ them-then we saw the sign as we were driving out-HAHAHA!
ReplyDeleteWe stopped after Ryan's baseball game & they had a booth set up with rows of rootbeer floats. You could probably walk up multiple times since it was so crowded. Fun idea for Sonic to do. Gotta love Sonic with the free floats & their 2-4pm happy hour drink prices!!
ReplyDeleteWe took Gma Jan and Gpa Gordie as well as Christian and Lizzy with us for free floats. We went to the Maple and Tyler location first. It is known for more generous drinks according to a frequent customer.....then we went the back way into the 21st Street location. I have to confirm that Maple and Tyler was more generous with the ice cream, but your floats were really generous in the ice cream. More than ours by a long shot!! It was still good and fun. Cooper is the cutest little boy with all of his sweet adventures in life. Thank you, LORD, for blessing this little boy so much!
