Weekend of Landscaping Part II

We spent another weekend working hard outside and I like it when hard work pays off.
We've had fun with this and are excited about how it looks!

Here is Derek getting ready to put some plants in.
And Cooper watching closely so as to imitate his every move. :)


They had to take a break to get a drink out of the hose.

Cooper was the dirtiest he's ever been by the time this project was over!

For a while it didn't look like he would get a bath either! But my wonderful handy man husband was able to fix the outdoor faucet and the leak into the basement (so the water could be turned back on) in time to get cleaned up and go to bed!



Here's how it looks now! Of course the plants/bushes need to grow a little.
And we'll plant grass in the yard where it got torn up. But it's a big improvement!






Did I mention we're happy about the way it turned out? We're all smiles. :)
