New Driveway!

We've been saving towards a new driveway for a long time, pretty much since we moved into
 our house 2 1/2 years ago.  This week we finally got it done!

I should have swept the leaves so you could see the "drop off" better, 
but believe me... it was a drop!


Enough so that Cooper turned around to back down. :)


It's hard to see cause there are shadows,
but we've had boards to help us drive up into the garage. 
We also replaced the first step and landing which had sunk in.  
And we'll replace the railing soon.


Cooper spent the better part of two days at the window watching.


So did the cat!


Cooper said, "Truck" over and over.

    That looks great!! It will be so nice to have it done. Maybe now I can drive the Durango into the garage without endangering anyone, or anything :)

    Oooh...new cement...you gotta love that! Too cute with Cooper watching at the window. It's like his own personal showing of Bob the Builder. Ryan would have been in the exact same spot :)

    That will be so nice! Cooper has a nice big driveway to ride his tricycle & do sidewalk chalk on!

    Nope, no handprints in it. I like it's 'clean' look... didn't want to mess it up. :)
