Amy, I don't think you will ever have babies that will stay tiny. Look at Cooper's Daddy. Remember how huge Kaulin was as a baby. It was impossible to carry him in his carseat...I think he weighed 24 lbs at 4 months. Had to switch him to a stationary carseat before he could sit up. I think Cooper may be trying to accomplish the same. Isn't it amazing that only your milk has perfectly nourished him for his entire life? :)
