Derek was surprised at work a couple weeks ago when he was called into a meeting room and there were balloons and cake... and a $250 award! I'm very proud of him and it's fun to see him recognized for his hard work willingness to serve others.

Count on More
Derek won an award at work. UMB has a "Count On More" award they give out to employees that go above and beyond what's expected of them. A few months ago Derek was on his way home after work when a co-worker called him from a branch needing help setting up some equipment for an early morning meeting. Instead of trying to walk her through it on the phone, he just decided to go out of his way and drive over there to help her set it up.
