Week 25
Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. About the length of a tissue box. His weight — a pound and a half — doesn't sound like much, but he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for a more rounded one. His hair is probably recognizable now in color and texture, although both may change after he's born.
Your baby is responsive to touch now. You can have fun with him by trying to tickle his foot when he kicks you or by lying on your back and rolling from side to side, to see how he reacts. His eyelids open around now and his heart is beating so strongly, it may be heard with a stethoscope.
