xPPx Show @ The Rail

We had a busy weekend in January.  It started with a Parental Petulance show and included a road trip to Kentucky for my cousin's wedding.  We packed up our things, and planned to leave right from the show to head to Kentucky.

We were originally scheduled to play around 11pm at The Rail, but thanks to Ashely, she got us moved to 6:30pm...  so we showed up a little early and waited for our turn to set up.

Part of "setting up" is marking all of our kids with glow sticks! :)

They were playing old Batman movies at this show, so that helped entertain all the boys.

They're all good little roadies anyway!

We put Cooper in charge of photos so he got a few while we did sound checks.

Then it was time for our set.

Cooper took a lot of video.  Half of which I accidentally deleted from my phone later...  oops.  But he did a good job catching some of the fun!

And even took some great photos too.

...only a couple had his finger in them. :)

He's going to become the official band photographer soon. ha.

The boys were all basically on stage with us for this show. Cooper caught a little of Levi's dance moves in this video.  So great.

We finished up, then broke the unspoken rule of staying to listen to all the bands (Marshall and Ashely hung out on our behalf) and loaded our gear into the trailer...  then got in our van to hit the road!
