AudioFeed Festival 2017 - GET READY!

Cooper and Miles have Parental Petulance shirts in each design, like these pictured here with Aunt Mikiah.  (Get your own from the bandcamp page! :) https://parentalpetulance.bandcamp.com/merch)

But although there is talk of carrying toddler sizes soon, there haven't been any printed yet.  So in preparation for the AudioFeed music fest, where the band would be playing, I made Owen a shirt.  Don't tell him that the hands are more "I love you" in sign language than they are the "Rock Out" symbol.   haha.

The day the AudioFeed Festival started, we were responsible for transporting the equipment trailer.  We were only going for the day and meeting the rest of the band...

Marshall and Ashely & boys, who were already camped out for the weekend:

The moment we parked at the fairgrounds where the festival was being held... it started raining huge drops.  I checked my weather app, only too see that there was "Hail likely in 6 min"!

Thankfully, it didn't hail.  Just rained.  A lot.  We hung out under the tent at the campsite during most of it.

And in the camper for some of it.

But we were near a tent (stage) and could hear a band warming up.  So the boys wanted to go check it out.  So we braved the rain and went over.

We took in a little music...

And a lot of rain.

It let up just in time for us to load boys into the stroller and head over to the stage Parental Petulance was scheduled on so we could set up.

The stroller had a little trouble in the mud.

So did Miles and his flip flops.

We made it though and got busy right away.

Some on setting up for the show, some eating lunch.

Or stomping in the puddles while eating lunch!
(Check out Levi and Knox's shirts.. they have xPPx patches sewn onto them... so cute!)

And even some.... looking for bugs!

Once the band started sound checks, it was time to put on the ear protection.  Cooper got the kind that go in his ears, but Miles and Owen wore the ear muff kind...   can you tell how thrilled Owen was about it? :)
